Al uw materialen kunnen om logistieke redenen zonder uw toestemming in tweeën worden gesneden. Bedankt voor uw begrip.

De materiaalplaten komen uit een blok dat moet worden doorgesneden om ze te verkrijgen.
Door het snijden ontstaat er een “uitloop” bij de ingang en een “lek” bij de uitgang.
Dit tast slechts een klein deel van de plaat aan, de rest kan gebruikt worden.

Op elke plaat wordt stroomopwaarts door onze teams een kwaliteitscontrole uitgevoerd, zodat deze verschillen in dikte een bepaalde drempel niet overschrijden.
Aangezien de aanwezigheid van deze onregelmatigheden een gevolg is van het productieproces, kan dit in geen geval een reden voor reclamatie of retourzending blijken te zijn.
